New Beginnings Counseling Centers mission is to provide help to individuals, who are struggling with an addiction to opiates - heroin and pain pills.  NBCC is an outpatient substance abuse clinic that offers several programs to help individuals overcome their addiction and become fuctioning and productive members of society.
